Ms Majatta Lahti (Project Coordinator, Finnish Library Association) who coordinates Libraries for Development project with TLSB and Professor Maina-Leena Huotari (Academic Coordinator of the North-South-South Library and Information Studies Network (N-S-S LIS Network) have paid a visit on 20th February 2012 at NCL, Dar es Salaam for a lengthy discussions on a project with TLSB Management Team.

On 21st February, Dr Mcharazo accompany Prof Huotari to School of Library, Archive and Documentation Studies (SLADS) in Bagamoyo and meet the school management for discussion on establishment of N-S-S LIS Network.

Ms. Marjatta Lahti worked with TLSB from 1970 to 1977 at Bukoba and Mwanza Regional Libraries as a member of the second Finnish Volunteer group.
